What Information We Collect

We only have access to and collect information which you or your employer physically give us, enter on our web site, send us via email or otherwise transmit to us. We will use your information to respond to you and to provide services to you. We share your information with third parties outside of our organization to help us provide services to you or to fulfill specific requests, e.g., to ship your employer’s payroll package, hard copy invoices etc.
We also partner with other third party service providers to provide specific services at your request or at the request received by your employer. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information, which is necessary for the third party to provide these services to you. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services, e.g., direct deposits to your bank account, retirement services, prepaid debit cards, etc. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
How Your Data Is Secured
We take precautions to protect your information. Your information is protected both online and offline when you submit sensitive information via our web site, phone and/or email. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as government identification number), this information transmitted to us in a secure way.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. client service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. If you are an employee of our client, please note we may require approval from your employer before we can determine if your request can be honored.

We have the right to make changes to this policy at any time and advise you to regularly review this policy. If you object to any changes, your employer may choose to discontinue using our payroll services or you, as an employee, may cease using the website. Using the web site after we publish our changes means you are consenting to the updated policy.
